I'm about 15lbs over weight and feel like getting on a more healthy eating style. Just seems like everything I want or am use to eating is far from healthy. What are you guys eating every day?

all i'm doing is drinking water right now (from the tap... is that bad? i always figured it was good due to the fluorides in it... does that give the water any calories/anything bad?)

8 AM - smoothie, ingredients vary but always consists of two scoops of whey powder (40g), a cup of 1% milk, and one little container of yogurt (I eat this Light n' Fit stuff, flavor varies).

11 AM - an apple and a handful of honey wheat pretzels.

1 PM - turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread or English muffin, slice of tomato and some Romain lettuce with a banana and some more pretzels on the side.

4 PM - yogurt and cottage cheese, handful of strawberries (diced) and blackberries, and some granola all mixed together.

6 PM - some type of lean meat, 90% of the time it's turkey, with a side of whole wheat pasta or brown rice, and your veggie of choice.

9 PM - some more of the yogurt, cottage cheese, and berry mix or some more smoothie, depending on how I'm feeling.

Pretty basic, and pretty comparable to everyone else's. Just try to eat at least 6 times a day, really.

Today:

Breakfast: omelet - 3 eggs 3 slices of chopped turkey bacon, and 1/2 a small onion. 1 piece whole wheat bread + butter. Also ketchup.

Snack: cheese + saltines crackers. Only about 200 calories total though.

Lunch: Made a big batch of stir fry chicken + frozen vegetable mixture. Hopefully I can make it last the week. Added some sweet and sour sauce, and served with brown rice.

Snack: Zone bar.

Dinner (final meal): handful of baby carrots and a 8oz steak.
