I already do flat BB press and incline DB presses, would it better to do Fly's or Decline presses as a third exercise?

Its for a new workout. No clue which one would be better.

Any idea?

thats a lot of chest exercises. HOw many chest sets are you doing overall?

given those two exercises I would say flies.

I don't like to do the same workout twice in a row so I just choose 3 or 4 chest exercises that are different from the previous week. There's a lot to choose from:

BB press - incline/flat/decline
DB press - incline/flat/decline
DB fly - incline/flat/decline

cable X
dips
pullovers

Doing fly's will have more benefit to your shoulders and triceps because you use more stabilizer muscles from those groups.

Decline has too much overlap with flat barbell press to do them on the same day imo.

I do each exercise on a different day. See my DOGGCRAPP workout post to learn more.

You basically work 5 different muscle groupls every other day taking Sat/Sun off. Its low rep (3 warm ups and 3 heavy sets to failure) then you're done with the muscle group.

Its to much to type over again so i'll give you the basic idea.

Mon I do flat BB bench
Friday I do Incline DB bench
Wednesday would be either decline or fly's but I think ill do fly's.

Its a pretty good workout so far.

I like to switch up dumb bells and barbells each chest day.

For instance:
Monday: Decline/Incline/Flat/Flys with dumbells. 3 sets each
Thursday: Decline/Incline/Flat with bars + cables. 3 sets each.

you think thats too much?

i used to do all three exercises on chest day then do triceps. My gains have slowed so much that I started looking for another routine.

So far I like the new one. I had great results doing what you were doing but after 2 years my body stopped responding.

this is my chest workout:

3x10 db presses
3x10 bb decline
3x10 decline free motion machine
3x10 flys
3x10 db incline

this is for reps, heavy day its 10, 8, 6 for the same workouts.

did flies today. Hard to go to failure without a spotter. I usually work out alone. Anyway, good stuff. Thanks to all for the inputs.

dips like for triceps only go down ~ half as far, sets of 16+

butterflys: lie down like for flat bench w/ dumbbells with your palms facing inwards, move them toghether out away from the center focusing on keeping your arms straight the whole time. I do these with 30lb dumbells (compaired to my 190 flat bench), so relitively low weight but get good form. 3 sets of ~10 reps

do delclined bench

do arnold flies (look it up)

eat food!

chest is hard to do solo ... I got trapped last week under the bar on incline :P Had to recharge with it on my chest and inch it up to the lowest notch.

I've done that a few times myself, and flat bench.

I recently started using the squat rack and safety cross bars. I set them so I can rest the barbell above my neck on the safety bars if I cant get the last rep all the way up. Works pretty good and lets me go to failure and push myself.
