(http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/pwrstrap.html) Don't bother trying to get your grip to keep up with your deadlift progress. Just get some simple canvas wraps and you'll have no more problems. Continue to develop your grip strength on everything else you do in the gym, but don't hold yourself back on the deadlift cause of grip issues or you're going to plateau real low. They even improve my form cause I have to pull inefficiently when I'm worried about losing my grip. Sorry no way in fucking hell can I grip 375. Make sure you are using a "hook" grip around the bar to maximize your grip strength. You should only have to do a mixed grip when going for your max weight reps.
