Thumper 04-21-2008, 05:10 PM to many to type but today was chest, tri's, shoulders, lat pull downs and dead lifts. One exercise per muscle group to failure with 3 warm up sets then 3 work sets.

3x15 Leg Extensions (Left knee is sore too, just pumping blood to the area)

3x20 inclined rows? now sure what to call them
3x20 dumbell military press
3x20 bicep curls
3x20 tricep curls(?)
It really makes me want to get back into the sort of lifting routine I was doing for football.

today was a busy day but yesterday i did
super sets of 3x10 preacher curl and 3x15 side-handed pull-ups
3x10 pulldowns
3x10 seated row
then a bunch of ab and lower back shit

level 5, whatever the fuck that means
it was easy but i was afraid i would be super sore since i haven't been to the gym/exercised in forever. I'm not though. 35 minutes next time
