first time i've worked out in the AM in a long time.
back (wide grip pulldowns / bent DB rows / machine rows)
superset bi's (single low cable curls/ preacher / other machine that's flat on top)
yesterday:
legs (squat / extensions / hammy curls / press / calf raise (press))
took it pretty light on squat extension and press due to a torn rectus femoris (quad). Doctor said they can't sew it back because it ripped on the muscle and not the tendon :(
abs (cable crunches / oblique cable crunches / decline crunch with 35lb plate.)

throw a belt around your waist and hang a 25 lb plate from it.
do 3 sets as normal.
then, do 2 additional sets of negatives, jumping back up to the bar.
do this for a few weeks....then go back to normal pullups.
I'd be surprised if you didn't make significant advances.

Oh well, i could do 5 reps with an additional 75 pounds.
Now i can only do 5 reps with an additional 50 pounds.

Squats, leg curl on swiss ball, leg extensions, RDL, db walking lunge, glute ham raise, ab/adduction, calves
4x200m swim with rest and 100m kickboard in between. good day

I dead lifted 355 but as I was nearly all the way up I farted uncontrollably and almost dropped it I was laughing so hard.

I've been busy as shit lazy...only lifting 2 days per week. I do a lot of core lifting (in the sense that it's back to the basics) though, squats, pull-ups, chinups, cable row, dead lift, weighted step ups (30 lb dumbbells stepping up onto an elevated platform), dumbbell bench.
Until my schedule slows down, I'm going to be two days lifting, 2-3 days cardio. Sucks cause my diet is hurting too from it :(
