i found a half empty container of Cytogainer under my bed today. i thought i had killed this thing a long time ago but apparently did not.

the date on it says "best by 3/08." is it still good to use? i know its less then a month past the date but im just curious what could possibly be happening to everything in there. will it still be as beneficial?

you'll be fine. Its only a month past the due date. I have used stuff 2 years old, then again it was in sealed packages

shouldnt be a problem

unless the powder has formed a solid or something

good deal, thats what i figured.

nothing will be decomposing right? it should still have all the same nutritional content/protein/creatine counts?

yeah that stuff is virtually inert.

I think anything that is considered a supplement is required to have an expiration date.

protein\fat can be dangerous, but more of a left open thing than a expiration.
