Can anyone confirm this through recent play?

We know there's the 10% nerf to mobs and weapons in 2.3.

However, I am now hearing and seeing posts of:

No phoenix/eggs
No mind controls
No Flamestrikes

bug or nerf? I'm not really caught up on TK. We usually read/try as we go along. We just hit 3/4 TK and thinking of dropping it. But I figure wth, might as well get our marks on wowjutsu! :)

Ok, I HATE reading WoW forums, so I didn't catch this. This has been confirmed to be a bug and Blizz is trying to fix it or has fixed it. I couldn't find a post saying they DID fix it though. So, has anyone done it recently?

Well, I googled it and finally found an mmo champion confirmation that they did hotfix it.

I read the title and got all excited that TW'ers played on the server I just transfered to :(

Actually you didn't catch it because the WoW forums are almost entirely QQ'ing, nerf-crying, pissing at certain realm players, etc. I never think I'd find anything remotely useful in the WoW forums.

There's a blue sticky on top of the Raid & Dungeon forums saying that they fixed a problem with bosses not casting spell reliably.
