What about binding, prayer of mending, prayer of healing and shield?

The entire click-heal sounds nice, but I really don't mind clicking a name from the list and then the heal I want off my keyboard. I'm usually limited by the gcd so I don't feel like I'[m losing any time doing it manually.

Plus to rebind my mouse keys would be a huge hassle because I use a very similar setup for all my characters. Things that carry over like focus macros and auto-run are on my mouse buttons :P

Important part is the Grid/Clique setup.

Grid is awesome but you have to set it up first, and it takes a bit of tweaking to get it just the way you want it. One of the best parts about it is that it's compact, so you can still see all shit that's flying around during boss fights without your UI in the way (since upper level raiding has basically evolved into a game of "Don't Stand In The Gravy.") I have mine set up as follows:

Upper Left: Red, aggro indicator. Be a mind-reader and start healing someone before they take damage!
Upper Right: Debuffs: Blue for magic, brownish for disease, gray for weakened soul. In a 25 man raid I only care about stuff I can cure.
Bottom Left: Incoming heal alert (no point in healing if some other healer is already doing it). Problem: Chain heal bounces don't set it off, which is annoying.
Bottom Right: Buffs. In order of priority: POM, my renew, someone else's renew, lack of fort (displays only if someone doesn't have fort)
Center Icon: I set this to the important shit to watch out for on boss encounters, for example, Holy Smite/Deadly Poison on Council, or Doomfire/Grip (Arch), or Parasite/The flame shit (illidan)
Square background color: Lightblue is fear ward, yellow is inspiration, purple is PWS

Clique: Cast just by clicking on unit frames/grid.

Left: Flash Heal (max rank)
Right: Gheal (max rank)
Middle: dispel
Shift-Left: renew
Shift-Right: shield
ShiftMiddle: Abolish Disease
Ctrl-Left: binding heal
Ctrl-Right: POM
Ctrl-Middle: circle of healing
Alt-Left: G heal rank 2
Alt-Right: G heal rank 4
Alt-Middle: G heal rank 1

Edit: IMPORTANT! Also get some some sort of boss timer mod, if you don't have one already. Omen can be interesting but in a 25 man I usually don't have time to worry about threat. Also get a cooldown monitor and put that somewhere to the side.
