And I realised it's time to get some new clothes. Just wondering if anyone could give me any ideas about how much my body shape will change as long as I do it properly.
About two years ago I weighed 210lbs before dropping to about 168 and now I'm back up to about 182. I'm not really sure what I'm hoping to drop too I just want to look cut. Thanks a lot for any help

hello nobsailor, Body Fat Percentage Guide for Men (by Jeremy Likness) (http://www.naturalphysiques.com/cms/index.php?itemid=144) is a good pictorial guide showing the transformation of the body as body fat decreases.
you will usually achieve the most dramatic weight loss in your midsection if you are male. don't know what else to say beyond that.

So that means stuff like shirts and t shirts should be okay if it doesn't matter too much about the fitting at my mid section but I should avoid jeans? This is all so new and exciting!
I would hold off on the pants until your weight is stable.

funny that you say you were 210, just weighed myself and i came in at about that weight. need to stop eating so many processed carbs ugh.
