Doggcrapp Training Routines - The Doggcrapp Workout - Exercise Rest Pause (http://www.mm2k.com/doggcrapp-training-workout.html)

The theory is sound. Tomorrow I start on this since i've been more or less stuck for the last 5 months. I know a guy who uses it and loves it. Great gains, size and results.

Its a long read but in the end after you study it for a bit, it makes total sense.

just browsing through it, seems like something to try if you are plateaued

let me also give you this Dave Tate quote:

The truth is that you may not have what it takes, you may not be committed enough, you may not have the discipline, you may not put in enough effort, you might not work hard enough, you do not believe in yourself, you're full of excuses, you get distracted too easy. To wrap it up in one statement: you really don't fucking care enough.

That's it! It's really that simple. It's easier to be a critic than the one who can stay the course training hard day in and day out for years. As I stated before, very few reach a high level or strength or muscle mass without years of consistent training (and this is still not a 100% guarantee). If you look back on the years of training these people do, you will see numerous training spits, methods, and exercises. The more you change the more you gain. This is the only way you will learn for yourself what you like, believe, and works for you.

I have plateaued. Started it today. so far so good. I am not going to follow his diet though, no way in hell I could eat that much. I am not looking to get into competition, I just want to add some strength and size.

I don't think you could make use of that calories without roids or the right set of genes. Shit if I ate like that I could workout for 5 hours a day and get fat.

yeah, he says he gets to around 300 and cuts to 252 for competition. I wouldn't want to carry around an extra 50 in fat anyway.

routine blows if your diet isnt in 100% check.

must consume massive calories , clean bulk, otherwise dc training is ineffective..
