Does anyone else feel like they are starving between meals? I always eat every 2 to 2.5 hrs. My diet is good; lots of fiber and everything you would expect. I polish of a gallon of water daily.

I'm getting the proper calories and amounts of food, but 45 minutes after I eat I feel like i could tear that ass out of a zebra.

It's fairly annoying because when you are hungry, it's all you can think about.

do i have aids or what.

I'm starving all the time. I am not sure if it's from being used to constantly eating or what ... since frequent meals is supposed to do just the opposite. Seriously I am starving right now even and I just had lunch!

I usually have trouble eating enough to support my workouts.

Well - caloric needs if I eat shit no problem. Good wholesome calories - I have trouble because that food tends to require more volume for more calories.

frequent meals don't do much for my appetite.

I used to put away 6000 calories a day no problem(at 200lbs) still can if I want to. I stick to 2000-3000 a day now, but I was fine at 700 too

Back in the soccer days I could lay to waste entire sheet pans of lasagna + garlic bread, 2 hours later I'd be making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Drank massive amounts of soda back then too. Amazing what the body can handle.

I use water to control appetite. Usually a glass of water will hold off hunger for an hour or so. If its at night and im hungry, ill drink a glass of water and go to sleep.

no this does not happen to me.

i mean, being hungry is part of (a small part, you shouldnt be SUPER hungry) any fat loss diet.

As one of my good buddies used to say:

I don't eat when I'm hungry, I eat when I'm not full.

started eating these Fiber One Oatmeal/chocolate bars. They taste great, are around 150 calories, and make me feel full for almost half the day.

They also give me gas.

Low fat string cheese for the win as a snack.

Also, eat slower. It takes your body up to twenty minutes to realise you've actually put food into yourself. Drag out the time it takes you to eat that food and you'll feel like you have food in you for longer.

Also, quit complaining and get used to it. Our bodies should be telling us we're hungry so that we get out on the plains and chase down a buffalo.

Atro-Phex. I ate a fucking roast beef sandwich today and nothing else. First supplement I've ever taken with appetite suppressant that actually supresses my appetite.
