Vista: "Problem caused by Spyware Doctor" but I don't have spyware doctor installed.

The Microsoft Windows Problem Solution center is reporting to me that I need to fix a problem with spyware doctor, and gives a link to the PC Tools website for a solution.

I don't have spyware doctor installed on this computer- what the hell is going on?

Nevermind, the Smart Watchdog application is what's causing is. Smart Watchdog is a program that does stuff with my webcam.

Very odd.

The Problem Reports and Solutions center is direct-linking me to drivers to my different hardware components that need new software @_@ It's like Driver Detective.
