Spring check in- new years fitness resolutions

i've gained a solid 10 lbs since new years, up to 160lb now
my bench is up to 205 and my dress shirts don't fit anymore

thats cable crossover. its $$$ i always work in a few sets on chest days.

woot! squated today and my legs worked.

I topped out with 2 sets of 5 reps of 155 lol.

I guess that's actually more than most of the kids in my university gym could squat though.. Unless you count the rare squatters who drop no further than a 110 degree angle, grunting like they're accomplishing something.
