if you do it multiple times daily over weeks then yeah it gets in the way of things

if you do it a 3-5 times a week it probably won't affect anything.

i had a soccer coach who said never get laid on the night before a big game. it's a myth, i've had some of my best perfomances in the sack, then gone on the next day to have some of my best games.

ive never found a performance issue training the same day as beating off.

of course if your spanking it like 6 times a day before noon this might do something.
