This spring/summer/fall I'm going to be focusing a lot more on my cardio and endurance training. I'm hoping to do a marathon or biathlon sometime this year, so I need to get a lot of miles under my belt.

Anyways, I have wide, high arched feet... preferable suitable for any terrain (road/trail/etc) any suggestions?

ASICS America - Men's Footwear (http://www.asicsamerica.com/products/category.aspx?PARENT_CATE GORY_ID=250001538)

Asics are the best running shoes light weight and give good support. Thats what all the cross country runners wear and thats what i wore when doing conditioning for soccer.

depending on what level your running at, might want to try this shoe.
Adidas Supernova Running Shoe - Shoes - Compare Prices, Reviews and Buy at NexTag - Price - Review (http://www.nextag.com/adidas-supernova-running-shoe/search-html)

I used this shoe for 3 years straight(2 pairs of it). I liked it so much that I couldn't part with the second pair even when the padding was all worn away which resulted in a bad shin splint which I'm just recovering from: http://www.tribalwar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=527929
bear in mind i've always been a pavement pounder, i always run on the streets and those shoes saw 95% cement usage.

i bought a pair of asics last week and i just exchanged them for the newer version of the adidas suprnova

I would go into your local running store (not Sport Chek or whatever the fuck local shitty sports store you may have with 14 year olds assessing your needs) and getting them to give you some tips. Most of them are pretty adept at telling the kind of stability and whatnot is best for you.

Easier than getting people who can't see you walking/running to guess.

definately go to a store, fleet feet or some such place

they should have you run on a treadmill or outside the store and have some suggestions for you

go to an outdoors store and buy a good set of trail runners and even better socks.
