Opening Ports Help

so im trying to setup News Rover to access newsgroups and im having problems opening ports on my Linksys WRT54GS


heres what my Port Range Forward looks like

so i run a Port Tester to check if the ports are in fact open and i get this

Windows Firewall is disabled and Kaspersky is off.

correct. the ports just simply arent open despite what my router settings say

Check your PMs.

you don't have to open ports up to access newsgroups. i am positive about this. only outgoing ones, which your router and other firewalls probably aren't blocking anyway.
