Now situation.

First off the date. Give me feedback on that. The tournament will run most of saturday up to 6pm est. Sunday would be free all day.
Secondly, this may become a COD4 PC and GoW xbox360 tournament LAN event.
Sponsorships would be worked on immediately and I can pretty much guarantee 10k+ prize pot possibly 20k+
Due to time problems, the matches on sunday may begin earlier then usual, time is under discussion. I want community feedback on an average of 10-20k tournament at this location and with these time restraints it would take place here.
Lastly a Minimum of 40 PCs would be used.

Thanks again hope to hear from you guys soon.

Here's the story. Due to some developments that occurred immediately following lasts week's LAN, we've been given an opportunity to host the largest COD4 LAN Tournament ever. The facility that we have, while has now been proven to be a successful competitive tournament destination, is not large enough for what we're planning. This event would be hosted in what is essentially a night club. The space is immense and the event would be fully managed from start to finish by the best team in the business - the NERV team. The location is chosen because of it's proximity to the International Airport and its size. Deals have already been worked out with local hotels and provisions have been made to accommodate a tournament with a team limit of up to 64 teams.

Because of the complexities in timing and using a facility like this during mid-summer, the time that was chosen will coincide with a large GOW console tournament that may also be simultaneously run. We are now actively asking the community to tell us how interested you are in this tournament. Sponsors attainment notwithstanding, the minimum prize purse for this event exceeds 10k and *may* reach as high as 20k+. Exact details of the purse cannot be known right now, but should become very clear in the next 2 days.

CoD4 effectively ends for me next week when RB6V2 comes out, at least for a couple months anyways.

Im confused where the plan to fit all these computers in at Bar A. 75% of it is outside but i guess they would have the tarp up. Im also 5 minutes from Bar A, just wish i knew some good CoD4 players locally.
