Bought some creatine (directions of use confusing)

So I got it in pill form. It says how many pills to take according to which body weight section you fall into. What it says is to take 3 pills about an hour before your workout and another 3 six hours later. I was under the impression that for creatine to be effective it has to be taken every day during the so called loading phase. But since I don't work out everyday should I still take it or is that pointless?

Loading = normally twice the amount intaking in the first week or so. How much is in each pill, and please tell me it's not CE2.

is there a good supplement thread here yet? if not there should be. i feel like im at the point in my workouts to start thinking about them, but there's so many and it makes my head hurt trying to figure out a good combo

this is a great list... I'd add caffeine and green tea also, proven benefits and cheap.

lose ~5 lbs of water weight, and maybe not be able to pump out that extra few reps.

I like to cycle by using in the winter and not in the summer. That way you lose a little bit of that padding when you want to run around naked and whatnot. Then in winter just put it back on and hope for a little bit extra in the gains department.

and that list of supplements, is it for weight gain, building muscle, or what exactly? im still trying to lose a little bit of fluff around the stomach, but also want to see more gains in my arms, chest and back
