Just got really lazy - no gym - not watching diet but not eating shit - just not eating enough at all.
And I went through over 2 litres of vodka/whiskey this past week.
I'll be starting again monday, but it kinda felt good to say fuck it all :)
Oh, and I am probably going to be drinking heavily tonight and or tomorrow.
If you don't like it get the fuck out.

I think a week off is often a good thing.
I'd also like to see some studies about how much drinking has been scientifically shown to hurt muscle development.
Cause drinking certainly has been shown to reduce the risk of heart diseases and dementia later in life.
