I'm 5'7" and a very lean 120 lbs. I lift 3 times a week, run two times a week. When i first started brazilian jiu jitsu i nearly died. But considering the fact that you have done this kind of thing before, im sure you know what it takes. If you have got the heart and its something you enjoy (which im sure you do), im sure you will do fine. Just do what you can, but dont kill yourself getting ready.
