You mean it looks like it dried out? I think I had this problem too but I haven't bought peanut butter in awhile. I think what helped me was letting it warm up a bit to room temperature.
That's a good way to put it, yeah. It's to the point where there are clumps of peanut butter in the little tub rather than one smooth paste. I think I'm gonna let it sit out next time I go to use it. Thanks for the tip bro.

natural peanut butter is your best friend. toss it in between two slices of whole wheat bread and thats at least 500-600cals right there alone. add another 100 with a glass of skim milk
good fats
high calories
protein
tastes good

what your describing with peanut butter has never happened to me...
it seperates from the oil but never becomes 'chalky'

3 Questions:
1) Does peanut butter / peanuts in higher amounts give you the poops
2) If i were to have one vegetable a week - what would TW choose and why?
3) What salad dressings do you like that are on the healthier side?
I'm seeing broccoli as the winner so far.

1) fiber does this other things it depends on genetics, if you're eating sandwiches then obviously its the bread doing this because it's high in fiber
2) i would choose sweet potatoes or broccoli. i had this list of vegetables organized by fiber + nutrition content. that list was the bomb, wish i could find it again but everytime i try i can't
3) vinaigrette is what i usually choose or half a portion of italian if they don't have that. i haven't done a lot of research on it but it's pretty obvious that thousand island, ranch, and blue cheese aren't very good for you. just keep the portions small and i think you'll be alright whatever you choose.
and yeah peanut butter is one of those things. dont keep it in the fridge. it WILL eventually go rancid, but at least it will be wet and edible until it does

Sweet potatoes aren't a veggie.
Why just one veggie a week? That's silly.

Sweet potatoes aren't a veggie.
Sweet Potato Ranks Number One In Nutrition - Vegetable Facts (http://www.foodreference.com/html/sweet-pot-nutrition.html)
the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) disagrees with you
I wouldn't eat just one vegetable a week, there are too many good ones.
