What did you eat/going to eat for dinner? I had:

Some of this. (http://www.birdseyefoods.com/birdseye/steamfresh/images/southwesternCorn_pvBag.jp g)
Some of this. (http://www.birdseyefoods.com/birdseye/steamfresh/images/broccoli_pvBag.jpg)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (they were big as hell) marinated in this. (http://www.newmansown.com/product_detail.cfm?cat_id =7&prod_id=13)
Serving of pasta. (http://www.barillaus.com/home/Pages/Barilla_Plus__Protein.asp x)

I linked everything because, uh, I'm not sure. But, that corn is so fucking good - I recommend it. I really enjoy all of those Steamfresh products, actually. Real easy to make and really tasty.

So TW Fitness, what are you eating tonight?

Agreed. Two large chicken breasts on top of multigrain pasta and two other sides? That has to be like 700+ calories and a ridiculous amount of protein in one sitting. Mistake, how much are you trying to eat?

Heh, I am trying to bulk up (only 5'10", 155lb right now), but it really wasn't that much.

I divide the two sacks of veggies in half - half for dinner tonight, half for dinner tomorrow or later in the week. I ate a serving of pasta (1 cup) which isn't too much at all, really. As for the chicken, fuck man, I could eat chicken every meal of the day. I pounded them out really thin, though. It wasn't too bad and was fucking delicious.

I had scrambled egg sandwiches:

3 eggs, a splash of 1% milk, two pieces of cheese. Scramble all of that up. I toast two pieces of whole wheat bread then place a piece of tomato and two pieces of turkey breakfast sausage cut in half (so they cover the whole piece of bread) on each and top with the eggs. Hooray, breakfast for dinner.

I ate that with a side of fruit salad (whatever I had in the fridge; some blueberries, honey dew melon, grapes, and blackberries).

I'm steaming some shrimp with old bay seasoning and then I'm going to toss the shrimp with whole wheat pasta and a few fresh herbs (gotta see what is left in my pots). Side dishes will be spinach and brown rice.
