[A-PvP] Fallout - Dalvengyr 5/9 Black Temple 4/5 Hyjal (EST)

Fallout is an Alliance guild on the PvP realm, Dalvengyr (US-EST) which is in the Stormstrike battlegroup. We are currently 5/9 Black Temple and 4/5 Mount Hyjal and are currently looking to add more members to our roster for our push into Black Temple and Hyjal. We are very specific in what we are looking for, both in skill and personality, and we will not recruit someone just based on gear. We're looking for friends to raids with and socialize, not just another player to raid with and forget about.


Current Class Needs:

* Mage
* Feral Druid
* Holy Paladin
* Shadow Priest
* Exceptional People/Players of All Classes.


Some General Requirements we have for our members are as follows:

* Extensive knowledge of your class.
* Willingness to study the fights before and after.
* Ability to learn and adapt to changing situations.
* Must be able to take criticism! Don't be a pansy.
* Ability to maintain the best gear available to you via appropriate socketing and enchants.
* Capability to listen and communicate quickly and effectively on Ventrilo.
* Ability to come to raids with full consumables and being self sufficient.
* Able to stay online without any computer or internet problems.


Raid Schedule (Eastern Standard Time):

* Mondays: 8:00pm to ~12:30am
* Tuesdays: 8:00pm to ~12:30am
* Wednesdays: 8:00pm to ~12:30am
* Thursdays: 8:00pm to ~12:30am
* Sundays: 6:30pm to ~12:30am


We are seeking active and dedicated members who are able to make at least 90% of our raids. Please keep in mind that we may add Wednesdays to our raiding schedule in the future. We want people who are as passionate about progression as we are. Your gear must be SSC and TK ready, enchanted and gemmed to it's fullest. You must not be easily offended, have a good sense of humor, and be open to constructive criticism. You must have the drive to push yourself to be the best player you can be, while being humble enough to realize that there are always things to learn or fix. We have a lot of fun at our raids, and I hope you can be apart of it. Hyjal and Black Temple attunement is a huge plus, but not required.

Most guilds that are pushing content will usually raid maybe 3-4 days a week. But once that stuff is on farm, then they'll probably be raiding 1-2 nights a week for a full clear.

And look at the schedule. Week nights which normally people don't really go out.

I used to raid 7:00-12:00 M-Th.

It's even better when you drop Hyjal because it sucks, and can't raid on the PTR because it's a buggy piece of shit. I think we've raided Tuesday only for a couple weeks now.

I will admit that my gear really isnt that great. I told you that when i PMed you my armory. I think 3s 3 pieces and all of the PVP gear is damn good for playing 2-3 hours a day and just rushing the AV honor weekends when they come around.

I was just bashing the amount of time you put into this game. Maybe i could understand playing a video game for a mandatory 30 hours a week when i was 19 but some of just just grow up i guess.

my definition of hardcore = doing 25mans which is valid relative to what the rest of the wow population is doing.

... then theres "fail a midterm for epix" hardcore which this thread is about.
