Hiya dudes :D

Im 21 years old, 6'2" 186 lbs. Looking to do some medium lifting to increase my muscle size back to where it was when I was 18.

Also, and this is the funny part, I'm a captain of an Ultimate frisbee team. Basically it's a combination of soccer/football and other games combined into one.

The lifting is the easy part. I have a routine from my high school workouts.

However as to the cardio/running. I'm not the fastest person on my team, and I certainly don't jump the highest. I'm looking for cardio routines or workouts to really get my body control up to the next level. Any suggestions here? Also, Ultimate is an endurance game, any tips for this?

Also, I'm a college kid. What the hell am I supposed to be eating that isn't pizza, sandwhiches, hamburgers, and chicken? Other stuff exists?

ultimate frisbee is some intense ass cardio from what i hear (i've done some frisbee golf, but that's obviously a lot different)

-just looked at a website and it has the exact same calculation for competitive basketball as it does for calories burned doing competitive ultimate frisbee.

being big into basketball for most of my life - if you want to add tone i don't recommend those sports unless you're really fat. weights _alone_ would be better, because all that cardio is fucking up gains and weights will burn more calories than you think as long as you keep making gains and get to some heavy weights
