Burning off college fat

Overall, I'm a skinny guy on an average frame, but I have a bit of fat in my belly around the umbilicius area from college drinking (yay for 2fers!!!)

Any advice? So far I've been doing treadmill on "fat burn" for about 20-30 minutes, which puts a target HR at ~135-140.

are u still drinking? what does your diet look like? how tall are u and what do u weigh?

You can't spot reduce fat, but I'd recommend the keto diet. I use it during my cutting phases and it really takes the fat off nicely, but requires a deal of commitment. Check out this forum for some good info:
