sauna advice

I started a thread about a weight loss competition we have at work, we're doing it in 2 teams. Tomorrow is the weigh-in, I have a feeling the numbers will be close so I want to get an edge by hitting the sauna in the morning.

Should I hit the wet or dry one?

How long can I stay in there?

I've never done a sauna of any sort, is there anything I should know?

Can I bring a book to read or something in there? I imagine boredom will be my biggest challenge if I have to sit there for 30+ minutes.

haha :D
dunno what kind of sauna you got in US, but in Finland the temperature rises to 80 celcius degrees. and if you seriously want to get rid of waterweight in sauna I'd recommend an hour long session with 15 mins sauna 5 min breaks. Rince and repeat!

I was going to make a gay sex joke but I think I'll take the high road.

be careful dude, bring a buddy.

using this to stimulate weight loss for a weigh in is a tricky thing that can quickly turn into a bad idea if you've never done it before.
