StarZ 02-28-2008, 03:03 PM I was wondering if anyone wanted to pay me to level a character for them. I am between jobs and need to bring in a little money to help pay the bills until I can find another full time job. I live in the US so you wouldn't need to worry about being banned for having a chinese IP logged into your account or whatever.
I have leveled every class but a priest 1-70, my priest topped out at 63. I play horde on korgath pretty much exclusively now. I would be leveling your characters myself without the use of a bot. I enjoy leveling for some weird reason but I don't have the patience to raid end game dungeons. I play some arena on my warlock but mostly just do battlegrounds with my time when I am not leveling another character.
what would be a good price to charge for 1-60, 60-70 and 1-70. I would also be open to leveling a gathering tradeskill or fishing on a character you already have for the right price.
i'll pay you $5, here take my login info and my money
Ratorasniki 02-28-2008, 04:03 PM if you're out of work, maybe more wow isn't what you need. i don't mean that to be the typical tw forum smartass answer, i'd think on that carefully before doing it.
NiceBoy 02-28-2008, 04:15 PM buying and re-selling accounts is actually a really good way to make some fast cash..
it's really time consuming, and you have to deal with alot of idiots/potential scammers, but if you're smart, you will come out on top in no time...

StarZ 02-28-2008, 05:29 PM about the work thing, i can only apply for so many jobs and then i have sit and wait for interviews. while i am home and play my own account for 6-8 hours a day i figured i could make some money while helping someone else out and still have fun playing wow.

well i figured since i am a vet++ people would trust me not to scam them. i would ask them to make a new password that i would use while playing their account. if needed i can give you gold/items on korgath to hold as collateral while i am helping you.
Osiris 02-28-2008, 05:57 PM I trust you man, but I'm leveling this shit myseff aaaai

true, even buying accounts in the mid 60s for next to nothing and flipping them at 70 could be somewhat lucrative
godswill 02-28-2008, 07:44 PM You still doing this starz? I have a blank account and a character I want leveled .. what do you charge for 1-60?
LOL Internet 02-28-2008, 09:39 PM How is Korgath Horde? Me and a friend are thinking of transferring there. What are the BG queues/win % for Horde like? PvE Progression?

i've been running honorfu the last few weeks on various characters and its about 50/50% in av, ab/eots/wsg favor horde a little, about 55-60% win
as far as pve goes, there are quite a few t5 and t6 guilds, lots of kara/gruul pugs, most of the lfg people are doing heroic dungeons, its easier to get a heroic 5 man than it is to find a normal 5 man at 70
Golazo 02-29-2008, 02:39 AM $30 for level 35

*sigh*
I'm not trying to be a dick, but...
This guy isn't really asking for any of that.
Something tells me that he is old enough to make decisions without
strangers on the internet throwing him life advice. I'm also guessing
that he has been playing WOW long enough to know about it's
addictiveness being that he has leveled every class from 1-70.
You might as well go and warn Mario Andretti about the addictive
dangers of racing cars.
Anyway...
I played plenty of wow while I was jobless and waiting for responses from my applications. I got a job, quit wow the next day and left the country. You will have hours of time to spare every day even if you are job hunting hardcore.
