I was told at my local GNC that black powder GNC - MRIŽ Black Powder™ - Fruit Explosion (1.76 lbs.) (http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=28152 45&cp&sr=1&origkw=black+powder&kw=black+powder&parentPage=search) was the best and i would like some one else's idea on what type of creatine to get for building body mass and just getting big.

help please!

Overpriced.

Try
Creatine MH 1000g | Whey Protein Supplements Bodybuilding & Health (http://www.allthewhey.com/mcm1000.html)

FYI this is about 2.2 lbs for 1/4 the price :P

if you are gonna go through the trouble of using creatine when you are just starting to work out...

my advice to you is get your diet squared away first. until you can consistently eat right i would avoid the creatine.

We should have a sticky along the lines of:

"So, you've never lifted before and are about to start and you want to know what the little secrets/supplements are that will rocket you to success in 3 months"

and it could have all sorts of useful philosophical statements for beginners.

What you need to be worried about is getting the form down. I wouldn't worry about supplements for AT LEAST 6 months.

If there were little tips and tricks and non steroid supplements that could get every fitness beginner ripped then everyone would be ripped.

I just started hitting the gym routinely again (I go 2 days in a row and then take 1 day off and repeat) and I'm already seeing gains without supps. I think I'll start taking creatine once my muscle growth plateu's (sp?), but until then I don't see any need to.

I think this applies to all beginners.

hay mr gnc guy, if i give you $80 every month on sups ill be like, totally fucking JACKED in a few months right? ok awesome, i knew my fat lazy friends couldn't be wrong!

(It has been stated in this thread already, but try eating and working out correctly for a few months before you even start thinking about buying sups.)

I completely agree, however no one really seems to have time to write it.

HELL, I'd settle for links to threads where this stuff has been answered for now, but I just don't have time to search good threads.

We desperately need a welcome to the forum FAQ :(

I would only take a multi vitamin with some amino acid and worry about your diet.
