Multivitamins and Protein Bars?

Please look past the fact that both products are found in GNC which I know a majority of people despise because GNC is generally overpriced.

Back on topic, I have a quick question to those that take a multivitamin and to those that eat protein bars: what are your favorites?

I walked into GNC yesterday and was talking to one of the employees for 10 minutes or so and basically it came down to GNC's Mega Man Sport (http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=26411 68&cp=2522443.3024102&parentPage=family) for the multivitamin and Worldwide Sport Pure Protein (http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=26362 19&cp=2665513.2844878.284488 1&pg=3&parentPage=family) as my favorite bar. I know there are tons and tons and tons of different multivitamins and protein bars out there so I'm opened to suggestions.

For the vitamin, I'm definitely interested in something high in Vitamins B, or maybe a fish oil supplement. Any advice is appreciated, TW. Thanks in advance.

All protein bars are either too high in fat and calories for me or they taste like cardboard

I've only tried 1-2 bars in the past and they weren't the best tasting, that's for sure. But yesterday man, at that GNC, the employee I was talking with about vitamins, bars, etc let me fucking open up this bar and try it. That blueberry one was very, very good. It is, like you said, kind of high in fat..

Calories from Fat 90.00
Total Fat 10.00 g 15%
Saturated Fat 6.00 g 35%

..but there's a lot of protein (28g) and calories (310) that would really fill me up (doing 2,400 calories over six meals a day, 400 calories a meal). I'm sure there are better alternatives out there (just like I'm sure that protein bars aren't necessary but could be convenient for a meal on the run) so I'm curious what people prefer.

My favorite protein bar is this one: Buy Met-Rx Protein Plus Bar, Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Online at drugstore.com (http://www.drugstore.com/qxp142139_333181_sespider/met_rx/protein_plus_bar_chocolat e_chocolate_chunk.htm)
And I take the mega man sport vitamin you posted.
