.. is that list of workouts you made for somebody? search is fucked for me or something (like pushups, pullups, situps, some other basic weight workouts)

do you remember what it was? im enlisting in the air force, and while im already in pretty good shape (run 2-3 times a week for about an hour and work out 1-2 times) i need to start doing stuff more consistently... i only have myself and a few free weights to work with

The workout was "created" for someone (Durka) who has absolutely no equipment minus a rop and a bar they can hang on to. It's not even really a workout. It's just a very basic list of basic shit you can do.
I've had people tell me it works wonders for them.
