They should up the drop rate more in SSC/TK though. I still need 4 more for my Wicked Edge.

Think of it this way, they need to make them available outisde of tier 5 instances so that they can make a 4th rank. When they do that, people who maybe didnt bother with rank 3 because they already had a tier 6 weapon can still folllow the chain up, and so can people starting new characters.

Sort of like how there's new patterns for everything, even the engi goggles but the weapons were all left alone, because the system they have in place requires the 3rd tier and mats from a dungeon that nobody is going to do anymore especially with the lifted attunements.

exactly. I agree with rat. I crafted thunder but stopped there because my guild isn't big enough to run 25 man instances. This will allow me to craft 3rd tier items now. You guys run 25 man instances in your sleep can still feel cool because you'll have had them WAY earlier than I will and also you'll have the 4th tier much sooner.

luckily the upgraded engy goggles wont require those... now i can get my OP tier6 quality goggs soon as i hit 58 on my rogue :D :D (assuming the recipe isnt hard to get, probably will)
