So I shall give yall the story of my life.

I was a fattie up until HS. I weighted in the 170's at like 5'8 going into HS. I dropped fat and gained muscle playing football and stayed at 5'10 190-195 all during HS. Graduated in 2001

Went on to college to play football, bulked up with about 25 lbs of muscle and little bit of fat, so I was around 215-220. I got hurt playing in a HS all-star game and never played a down of college ball. After I hurt my sholder I stopped working out and balooned to 255 all fat(peaked October 2004), any muscle I had was all gone.

In october I got on my shit and dropped back down to the 190's by july of 2005, I felt great was running every day and doing mild lifting. I platued here. I was never able to drop below the 190's.

This is where I am today except I don't work out like I did to drop the weight, but I maintain my current size well.

I however am ready to take the next step, I want to get lean, I have a nice fat padding all around my body I want to get rid of, so I essentially want to drop another 15-20 lbs.

I have a co-worker who is also a former football palyer who needs to do the same. So I issued him a challenge to see who can reach their target 1st. The thing is we need a wager. What is a good thing to wager on? Also any good ideas on workout plans?

Cliffs:
I was a fattie.
leaned up.
was a fattie again.
lost some weight.
need wager help.
need a good wager to finish the weight drop.

Also I suck at spelling.

I think wagering for money is lame so don't do that.

The classic if you and your friend like different sports teams the loser has to wear the winner's team's jersey for a week works well.

Bet on something fun but not hateful.

wager on something that will be tough but end up benefitting you both.. like the loser has to buy you both 2 months worth of kickboxing lessons or some shit. make it interesting, possibly expensive, but very productive and worth while

I would wager on some combination of either absolute or percentage change in body fat %.

Measured by a 7 point caliper test.
