at 70, if i wanna get away w/ JoJ on me, it's really not a problem. i can just war stomp/cyclone, and run away till i can flight form. JoJ in world combat isn't really difficult. it's also not hard to get enough distance to drop a feral charge and just make ground that way, even w/ JoJ on.

I dunno Seal of Command is way too random. If it manages to proc a lot it'll dish out damage like it's going out of style, but I have had proc droughts with that so stupidly long I switch to Righteousness or Blood if there's less threat around. As for Hammering a druid, it sounds nice in theory but it's too situational. If you manage to catch him in a form other than Dire Bear you should be able to get him before the HoJ is up, provided he doesn't Trinket out. But nearly all druids I dealt with on my pally my own level came at me with bear form, and you need to dish out some serioud damage to punch through all that armor. And barring trinkets and Hammering they can still entangle you, which you can use BoF on but it would definitely buy them time to throw a HoT on and re-morph into bear again.

Just way too many tricks druids have to get out of various situations.

Seal of Blood does more damage then Seal of Command for Ret spec raiders (I am not sure about other specs), a interesting thing about Seal of Blood judgement is the 100% hit just a little info that is good to know for BE palys.

I am using seal of command right now with my prot spec for fun with Jin'rohk, The Great Apocalypse - Items - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33478) and I picked up Libram of Divine Judgement - Items - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33503) with my heroic badges, when I get Libram of Avengement - Items - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27484) (from heroic BF) I will get go back to 2/2 in improved judgement and just use seal of blood.

Seal of Blood would do more damage, because that procs every strike. Seal of Command, on the other hand, may or may not proc every hit. But if you can get a crit and a SoC crit in one strike that just tears up like no one's business, the problem is that rarely happens. Since the seal proc is considered both a spell AND a melee strike the proc can be resisted/dodged/parried or flat out miss. What I do not know is under which crit rating does the proc roll at, spell or melee.

Most of the time I prefer Righteousness and Blood because Command simply seems to random sometimes.

Seal of Blood is based off melee damage not spell damage, and it uses melee hit and crit stats. It can miss, or be dodged, parried or blocked.

Form wowwiki: Seal of Command receives 20% coefficient from normal +spell damage stats, and 29% from +holy damage stats (such as Judgement of the Crusader). Judgement of Command receives 43% coefficient from any +spell damage stats.

And SoC is a proc per minute, lots of tests have been done and it is 7 ppm, so a slower 2 hander is always better, for seal of blood a faster 2 hander is better.

Well I rarely use Command anymore. I'm not so convinced there's guaranteed 7 PPM on it though, like I said sometimes I get 75% proc rate per swing in a fight and other times it won't proc at all. Blood/Righteousness at the very least will proc every swing. I'm using a pretty slow mace right now (3.50) And Command has yet to proc anything more than once per fight, so I use Righteousness now and usually I'll Judge it right when it runs out and then do Command. Much better to me than all Prot, I got tired of seeing all the HP bars whittle down little by little. It felt like watching something cook in the microwave or something. I much prefer larger swaths/chunks of HP getting cut down than that. And if worked well enough in a 2v2 last night in Nagrand, came upon an orc shaman being beat on by a warrior and a mage so I helped out and squished the allies good.
