He said he has ~2591 or so +healing and upwards of 3k buffed. His armory shows him in shockadin gear and I haven't seen him in-game to confirm but that's a pretty bold claim.

Guild badge runs end in under 90 minutes and I've ran a couple pugs that were well under 3 hours without being too picky with invites.
Onyxia though... I dunno. Just from PVP my alt hit 70 3 weeks ago and I'm able to do pretty damn well, on bg9 pugging bg's I get bent over from lack of resilience and quality pvp gear. If their PVE gear is equivalent to their PVP gear I don't know how well a 2 hour run would work.

That just seems awfully fast considering that even skipping as much trash as possible it's a large instance. Only way I could conceive that speed is with a group that really doesn't need kara anyway.
