I'm cutting, i usually do around 45 mins on the treadmill every morning, and my breakfast is light, usually consisting of coffee, 2 (sometimes 3) hard boiled eggs and fruit.
I do switch that up from time to time with oatmeal
Denver 01-30-2008, 05:05 PM two slices of dark bread, water + juice, sometimes few eggs.. I don't eat much in the morning, should prolly eat more.
7am: cup cottage cheese, protein shake w/ skim milk, bowl of fiber one
10am: protein bar, orange juice
PoorDoggy 01-30-2008, 05:34 PM Whole wheat bagel, 1/2 cream cheese, other half topper with an egg, over-easy.
I eat again 2-3 hours after that, usually something like a bowl of Raisin Bran and a granola bar.

sometimes coffee.

or sometimes just a bowl of oatmeal.

Western Perfect 10 Bagel (claims 18g protein, 140 cal)
Onion omelet made with egg substitute (whites only), sometimes with ham/other stuff
Oatmeal with or without protein powder
Fruit
occasional cereal
Whey protein powder
Skim milk
Coffee
Green or Black Tea
Some combination of the above totaling around 300-400 calories with at least 20g protein, at least some of that high quality (whey, egg, or meat)

it's not otherworldly though. 4.5g sat fat & about 13.5g total
Thumper 01-30-2008, 11:01 PM 1 zone perfect bar and my protein.
shake with 1 scoop protein, 2.5 cups of frozen berries/peaches/pineapple, 1 banana, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 tbsp flaxseed, made with water. makes enough for 2 full shake bottles, one for breakfast and one for mid-afternoon snack

change it up to 4 eggs, and get rid of the yellow

weekends oatmeal with milkm yogurt, and a banana
also I always drink a ton of water in the morning and take a multi.

then 1 hour before going to the gym i have 1 apple 2 bananas and a glass of orange juice
grandmother 01-31-2008, 11:26 PM oatmeal with some raspberries/strawberries - 200 cal, 6g protein, 32g carbs, 4g fat, ~0g sugar(dont know how much from berries)
2 smartdogs - 160 cal, 24g protein, 6g carbs, 0g fat, 4g sugar
liquid multi and couple glasses of water
You have soy-dogs for breakfast?
