I'm looking to get a treadmill in the next month or so and was wondering if anyone here could recommend a decent model?
Ive been looking around but I'm not sure what specs I should be going for. Basically I'd like to be able to run at fairly high speeds. not so much sprinting tho as those machines cost quite a bit.
I live in an apartment so it should be fairly quiet and have some sort of shock absorption system. Also would be handy to be able to fold it up for storage. Price range is $1200+-.
I live in canadia land so its no big deal about vendors, im just looking for models anyways. And its fucking freezing outside. I used to run in the cold but now that I can afford a machine i wanna stay inside haha.
Any recommendations?
