I've been alliance on a pve server since just about release. My guild has stalled out, and I'm just tired of wow guilds in general. In my opinion, they just cannot measure up to EQ guilds... too many children that don't know what they're doing, too many FPSers that have the "BOOM HEADSHOT!" mentality. That said, I was looking to reroll, and was wondering if you'd have room for a competent player. I'd most likely roll a warrior, as that's the class I know inside and out. I've done it all, from tanking heroics to kara to pvping as arms, to Fury DPS.

I realize you're an end-game raiding guild, so if you don't want to add me, that's fine.

that's not to say I don't do anything but mooch. I still toss crap greens to the enchanters and put rep items, gems, and food in the bank when I get extras. It's also nice being there just for the social aspect and running 5 mans.

We're not exactly an end-game raiding guild. We're working on getting our raid group together for Tier5. The end-game raiding guild is The Core, led by Natural. However, I know for a fact that they are not accepting applicants.

If you want to go through the growing pains process of learning SSC/TK encounters with us, you're more than welcome to roll and join us. Our main need right now is a prot paly or a holy paly.

If you roll a warrior, you might not see much time as we already have 3 DPS warriors who raid, and I prefer bringing 2.

And Lord Elessar is correct. We have a Friend rank and a Raider rank, whichever you prefer. It's open to all TW people to join and hang out. We have about 30 raiders at this point, and I'd like to have around 33 before we really start this shit up.

Our level of Progression has been:

ZA cleared
Kara cleared
Gruuls cleared
Mag Not Attempted Yet
TK/SSC Not Attempted Yet

Trying to get the last two things sorted out at this point. It's been a bit tough on everyone. Rather stressful for me, and tough on everyone else in the sense that we have about 20-23 players doing 10 mans right now, meaning never enough spots to go around

christ , i'm in a guild with 200+ members and once in a while we don't have the right raid makeup for a single 25 man....

We never have the right raid makeup, we did the last 2 bosses in ZA with 2 resto druids and a holy paly healing, a lot of raids wouldn't even try without priest with circle of healing.

We can end up with 5 melee dps for kara, basically we go in with what we have and sometimes swap people out if needed, (bringing in a lock for Illhoof is common).

And I have tanked all of the bosses that we have downed on my prot paly where some raids wouldn't think of letting a prot paly do anything more then aoe trash.

I'll attempt to roll a pally, but I've never played one before. Time to get out of the comfort zone I suppose. BTW- I'd give healing a shot. Think a prot pally would be too close to my ally character for comfort.

I'm also leveling my lock up, 35 at the moment, welcoming any help from guildies.

We have about 35. All it requires is getting dedicated people that show up. We probably have 20+ people with 98% attendance or greater. That's the difference between "hardcore I beat the game 5 months ago" guilds, and "casual omg SSC so hardz" guilds, when it comes down to it.

Weren't you guys low on warriors? I'd think one who knows warrior in and out would be great for those bosses a warrior MT would be better.

If I was still in the states I would roll with you guys on Tich on a heartbeat, but it blows too much ass dealing with a 500 ping to even really consider it. The loot windows after I kill things seem to take forever to open. Screw that.

I don't think you can really raid or pvp with a $hi% ping.

We already have 2 excellent tanks in Deadlyrabbit (Prot Paly) and Tribeard (Prot Warrior). d0ur has a friend xferring in who's a prot warrior.

I guess 3 prot warrior isn't so bad, but we have a total of 2 holy paladins altogether. I'd say the paly need is much greater at this point.

I'd like to come hang out as a friend, maybe move into raiding later, if you guys dont mind, i'll roll a char on Tich some time later today.
