Has anyone seen the perfect pushup (perfectpushup.com) i just received it the other day & damn this thing is awesome. Ive been working out for a year now, but I can tell that this will help me get some nice results on my muscles within the upcoming months. If anyone seems skeptical of it, check it out, works well.

why not just rotate your hands on the floor/matt ?
Is it any different from the traditional pushup bars that are $10 at walmart?

unless you're a boxer/kickboxer I don't see the point in using the perfect pushup system over regular pushups.

Yeah, your arms/wrists rotate, so I guess it's actually even more natural than the bars. I have a set of the bars, and they kinda suck.
I'd buy the perfect pushup if it was any good and cheap, but I'd have to try it out first.
This looks kinda cool too: Perfect Pullup:: Perfect Pullup (http://store.perfectpushup.com/product.php?productid=39)
But I doubt I'd ever buy any of them. I'm fine with my pullup bar with 10 different grips/5 positions.

i would just get some gymnastic rings before a perfect pullup
then you can do ring pushups, dips, etc

you could wrap two towels around a pullup bar and do pullups, it helps build grip strength

with one towel you get good excercise for one handed pull-up (just place the towel hand as low as you can on the towel)
