ginseng?

you guys use this shit? its like a root or somthing and i think its supposed to increase metabolism or somthing kinda like green tea? im not sure but my papa brought me home a bottle of ginseng juice with a root in it. the drink tastes better than i thought it would probably because theres honey in it.

who uses ginseng here and what are the benefits of taking it?
