I recommend Vitamin Shoppe

So I've always purchased supplements online, why? because places like GNC and the local mall vitamin stores not only have a very limited selection, they're way overpriced...

About 2-3 years ago they built a vitamin shoppe in the middle of one of our busiest intersections.. I was skeptical but was very suprised...

Vitamin shoppe is a very large store, they have a wide variety of supplements, and the best part is, the prices compete with internet pricing. They also have a reward point system which is great, you can get lots of free things if you buy enough protein like me...

I pay $40 in store for 5lbs optimum nutrition's 100% gold standard whey..

I paid that same price BEFORE shipping before.

You can also order online and still get points...

They also do a lot of promotional things for regular customers. I've got plenty of shaker cups, I don't like any of the trial protein bars or anything though.

The only cons I've found: they do not have dextrose/maltodextrine

I prefer vitamin world, but shoppe is growing on me.

world's store brand just blows shoppe's away.

I might just go to Shoppe for the protein powder, though.

I usually order mine from 1Fast400, but this has the same price, and no wait for delivery.

Hmmm.

Hmm. If that works half as much as they say it would be way better than the standard shaker bottle.

Does that thing actually work?

Yes it does. I am happy I bought it.

It won't chop up oats in a shake, use a blender for that, but this mixes shit well and gets the chunks out.

I think ON's whey has gotten better honestly... I haven't had any problems with chunks since I opened my newest whey

i dont see why so many americans eat whey

it's not like our typical diets lack protein

it's usually nutrition like vitamins from vegetables and healthy oils from fish that we don't eat enough of -which happen to be the only two things you would eat if you wanted to keep fat off

because the people that "eat whey" are the ones that really want to put on muscle?

Weren't Vitamin Shoppe multis found to be tainted with heavy metals?
