So I've always purchased supplements online, why? because places like GNC and the local mall vitamin stores not only have a very limited selection, they're way overpriced...
About 2-3 years ago they built a vitamin shoppe in the middle of one of our busiest intersections.. I was skeptical but was very suprised...
Vitamin shoppe is a very large store, they have a wide variety of supplements, and the best part is, the prices compete with internet pricing. They also have a reward point system which is great, you can get lots of free things if you buy enough protein like me...
I pay $40 in store for 5lbs optimum nutrition's 100% gold standard whey..
I paid that same price BEFORE shipping before.
You can also order online and still get points...
They also do a lot of promotional things for regular customers. I've got plenty of shaker cups, I don't like any of the trial protein bars or anything though.
The only cons I've found: they do not have dextrose/maltodextrine
