Took 1 month off

December 16th - January 16th.

How bad do you think it will be?

I went around December 28th just for fun, and everything I did was at least 10 pounds less.

Anyway, the real point of this thread was: Is there anything to do to get back to your preexisting shape faster? Should I ease into it or try to match all my old numbers? Should I do a ton of exercises or just a few?

after a month off I have to do something like:
1st workout: 20 lbs less on major lifts
2nd: 10 lbs less
3rd: match previous
4th: able to exceed previous

lighten the load and work your way back up, it should go quick because you have already been there
