fucker hid behind a corner and popped out over and over and over nailing headshots, didn't miss once and had like 90 kills one round of dustbowl on defense, fucking retarded

The cheat I saw yesterday, had high speed heavies. They basically moved twice as fast as scouts. On Well, they were already at the center cap point by the time we left our spawn. Imposible to hit effectively enough to kill them. Really ruined a good pub. They had clan tags of Q.Q.

im amazed speed hax are even possible given the way standard fps engine network code works.

I just don't understand using stuff like this outside of a private server with friends just to mess around. Especially with the speed hack. I'm not going holier-than-thou here, I'm a douche in plenty other areas of my life, but what is the appeal of playing with this shit on a pub? It seems like such a waste of time and effort.

I thought the heavy speed thing was related to running your gun out of ammo and reloading at a station or something, all while keeping the trigger pressed. So that's an in-game bug, not a hack, unless I'm mistaken.

That was patched out.

For those of you who saw a speed hack, might have been people with rcon enabling sv_cheats. Then typing no clip and getting anywhere in 2 seconds, then turning it off etc.
