Out of curiosity. Is it considered beating a dead horse to try anything for T2 now? Is there anything recent?
Oh and what happened to t2rpg?

T2 Modding dead?Scaled_One 12-15-2007, 07:33 PM Out of curiosity. Is it considered beating a dead horse to try anything for T2 now? Is there anything recent? Oh and what happened to t2rpg? Teratos 12-16-2007, 04:53 AM Unless you are working on a specific need, then probably yes. If you've got the itch to script, join one of the community game/mod projects. Plasmatic 12-16-2007, 09:31 PM Maybe it's time I moved to T2 scripting myself... Scaled_One 12-17-2007, 10:46 AM Well its supprizingly easy to fiddle with. The trouble comes when doing more than variable editing(though there ARE tutorials up for that). so satisfying when mines do more than act as speed bumps. Hazor 12-21-2007, 12:13 AM Oh and what happened to t2rpg?The devs found no point in creating something for a game with a dwindling player base. Iron Sphere, or somesuch, the standalone follow up to t1/2rpg on TGE, also had little support, not to mention few developers, and has since died. See IronSphere :: Index (http://www.planettribes.com/is/forums) Oh, also, to answer your question, there'd be no point in fiddling with T2, not enough people to play. T1 has a half dozen or so more players, and if you've something unique it may draw a small crowd (See my ThemePark mod, soon as my computer is functional again to host it.) | ||
