24/7 2fort servers are fun if you don't feel like trying. Or if you feel like going around doing nothing but fisticuffs

Why haven't you been online and is the vav server down?

I got bored, mostly because I got really good at my favorite classes, and TW people were never fucking playing, so I ended up joining shitty pubs and earning 50% of the total points for my team, and still losing.

So annoying.

And I really suck beyond any type of reconciliation with the classes I'm not fond of playing.

I am getting frustrated of the poor pub coordination. For a game with built-in voice chat, nothing very productive is said over the airwaves. I mostly play medic just because noone else will do it and I get to constantly say "octoberfest!!" which makes me chuckle to myself. I absolutely hate building an uber with a soldier who seems to know the routine and then actually uber them into battle and have them completely become ineffective.

Why haven't you been online and is the vav server down?

I havent really had time, just insanely busy - im moving + really busy at work + leaving for xmas vacation.

icrlym has disappeared off the face of the earth - i havent actually checked to see if the server was shut down or not. Last I checked, the server was still up but there was a charge in icrlym's account although the server was supposed to be free. so the account may have been closed by now...

you guys who have gotten "good" and bored because of it should get on gamesurge on mirc and go to tf2scrim and tf2ringer and get some competition action going

Cursing engineers is always amusing.
It's like the pub curse. You go engie because no one else is doing it, place a turret in an effective spot and next thing you know there's 4 other engies with turrets right next to yours being entirely useless.
