Side point - what if I paid another player $5k to kill someone? They are roleplaying a hitman, but it would be considered deathmatching by the server. The definition of deathmatching is too vague when it is something that you can be banned for.

Yeah, Clayton_Bigsby (merc) got banned for accepting a $20k hit on mafia's Jonathan_Ashley by Kaze_Catsoup.
The mafia guy would run back to his house for 3 hours whenever he saw Clayton, and when he finally got killed, he whined that it was deathmatching.

Diego_Montero (cop) and Joseph_Heckler (hitman) were also running around in the morning, and Heckler would shoot somebody (not even in the BE gang), then if they tried to fight back (even with no weapon), they'd get tazed/handcuffed, then Heckler would finish them off.
I saw them doing the same crap to BE members too.
Too many cops have alt chars/friends who are hitmen.
The server is full of queers.

I'm not surprised that there's so many NZ'ers then. The majority of NZ gamers are faggots, which is why I'd mostly pub on US t1 servers (which also had loads of faggots, but slightly less).

This is not at all why Clayton got banned. He acted like a giant twat when he made that character, initially he was in the middle of Grove street shooting EVERYONE around him. Grove, cops, Yakuza, and Mafia. He constantly had complaints about him DMing and logging out. That and the fact that he was banned on his other account make me not feel a bit sorry for him.

that sounds fair. understand: we don't mind going toe to toe with the entire police, fbi, and national guard on the server. we just don't like it when they go OOC, display OBVIOUS bias, and abuse their powers in a way that goes beyond "corrupt cop" and into "Vengeful vindictive 13 year old."
