You know that 90% of the shit you get from cops is because of the precedent set by other BE people.

You can RP your way out of pretty much anything except shooting at cops almost every time.

there SERIOUSLY needs to be an upper limit to that. like a max amount per player level or something.

I still say the entire idea of hitmen is fucked up, more than any other part of the game. It should be a RP profession, just like any other. I can kill a guy four times and not make a penny, but when a hitman kills you, it cost the dead guy money? How does that make any sense at all? It's a broken system from before there were players making 2-300k per payday.

Add to the fact that hitmen get to DM other players without penalty, the cops ignore them unlike any other player in the game, and they can buy their weapons from a vending machine rather than doing mats runs or finding a dealer. Yeah, that all makes perfect sense.

considering they tend to come at you with full armor, hp, and better guns than most people carry around, that's pretty fucking hard.

unless you manage to escape them the first time and get help before they track you down again.

why dont you guys just make a list of all the hitman and kill them on sight.... ?
stalk them around the city etc with your large numbers... i bet they stop f'ing with you
