[GTA:RPG] TW Gang

Never too late. We're always looking for TW members. Know how to act, though. One thing I've seen from these leaders is that they have no qualms about kicking your ass out of the gang for life if you do stupid shit and make them look bad, but you usually gotta do something mega retarded for that to happen. We don't recruit anyone but TW members.

Can somebody explain what constitutes stupid shit? I'm not playing yet so its probably obvious once you start playing but im just wondering

Stupid shit would be to just walk up to a cop and shoot him in the face. You must interact with him for the required 30 seconds, at which point you will realize he is going to arrest you for being in BE. Then you can shoot him in the face.

situation 1: theres a jet in the middle of the road. i say 'what is this' and walk up to it, get in it, then it kicks me out for not being a wheelman. cop comes up and gives me a ticket for public endangerment. i tell him OOC that i'm not a wheelman and it's not my jet, i just saw it there. he doesn't care.

situation 2: im driving around on a motorcycle, go to grove, get killed by jon do. i spawn at police hq for some reason. cops run up and arrest me. charge me with 4 counts of attempted murder of a police officer. i say "i cant murder anyone, i dont have any weapons on me" so then they add on a charge of "weapon dischargement" which i guess means i threw my weapon away after my supposed attempted murder?

Sounds pretty accurate if you're a minority. :lol:

Yeah, the first time I got stopped by the police I was shooting at some Grove from a rooftop. A cop caught me and tazed me, then handed me a ticket for "Shooting black people". Then he let me go ;) They are not all bad, some of them have a lot of fun with their roles. Some of them have shitty attitudes, a lot of that probably comes from the recent increase in population. A month ago it was rare to see more than 20 people online at night. Now you have twice that on during the day and usually over 65 on at night.

I quit playing after I realized what shit bags the cops / admins are.
Hypocritical, and self righteous control freaks.

Scenario 1:
After collecting materials for an hr or two you decide to sell some ak's.
You pull over and start to type out a /ad, when up comes some pig out of nowhere.
"Got any thing on you I would want to find"?
at this point your answer doesn't matter, hes going to illegally search you any ways.
Oh, look whats this 8000 materials, and an mp5.
Your going to jail, and guess what I'm taking all your mats. Have a nice 5 minutes of sitting in jail after wasting an hr doing mat runs!

Scenario 2:
You have a wanted level for whatever reason, but guess what you crashed and have to relog! ...Whats this you have been banned without warning, or notice for evading police by logging.

Scenario 3:
You get arrested and try to rp a character who hates pigs and bad mouthes them. Well that earns you a ticket to OOC insults and being murdered by being dropped from a bridge / chopper. (I've seen them train recruits on how to do this).

If you read the crime sheet on their forums you'll notice that half the stuff people are getting jail time and murdered over, is really only ticket able offenses.
I have never received a ticket in this game yet only jail time, and bullshit wanted levels stacked on like, "crime on a sports bike" when Im driving a car.

so, can you roleplay being a copkiller?

btw how do i go about joining tw gang, no one was in the club and i dont know if any of the people on now are in the gang, do i need to /ad or something?

You can RP your way out of pretty much anything except shooting at cops almost every time.

I have a hard time believing any of that posted by love2spooge. If I remember you had a similar name in SA, which put you on the idiot list anyway. Cops are not allowed to search you without reason, so if it happens you report it to the police chief and it will be handled. I've also never had my materials taken when searched, maybe that's optional but I don't believe they are considered illegal. Finally, you have to be arms dealer level 4 to make and sell AKs, which is I believe 300 guns sold to reach level 4. I have nearly 100 hours played and just reached level 4 maybe 5-6 hours ago, so I doubt you really went that far.

Weapon materials ARE ILLEGAL and Ive had my mats taken many times.

My in game name/s were all names like "John_Smith" but I don't see how that has anything to do with my credibility.

As for leveling skills, it doesn't take long to level gun running to 4 if you sell sdpistols for free to anyone you come across. takes 2-3 days tops.

Oh and typing /report on a cop is fruitless for the most part. "I've sat in their vent and I know how they work." Only new recruits get in shit for anything.
How many /reports do you think got answered while BE was being seiged for an hr? You think anyone got in shit for spawn camping?

At any rate I'm not trying to bash the game.

I drive up to the club. 2 BE, not sure who jack my car and take off. I am laughing about it when suddenly 6 cops show up and start asking me why I killed them. next thing I know I am tazed and cuffed. They continue to rant and blame me for killing one of them. Then they start beating me down with thier nightsticks. A message appears that I have broken out of the cuffs so I bolt and get shot to death.
I asked one of em I thought this was a roleplay server and he said for you it is.

I've been considering deleting some porn so I have room to reinstall GTA for this, but I think I'm having more fun reading the play-by-play than I would in game.
