hi guys, i have a newb question.....im trying to get my user radio station to work, i put the mp3s in the GTA documents folder where it says user playlist or whatever......it still isnt playing music its just commericals, how do i get it to work? thanks

seems like nobody was playing, i was running aroudn alone and got asked to be in a new gang called 'Triads' by a guy with a big fuckin gun and flames on his car who was walking into BE headquarters, only there's nobody in there to kill

I've played for '33 hours' so far but I'm still level one. I'm a drug dealer. What level should I be at?

I was losing 9 thousand per death for a while when the hit man shit was getting heavy. I was banned, accidentally, for two or three days. Plus, I'm in and out of jail all the fucking time. So, it's not that I'm incompetent, it's just that my play style is not conducive to fast leveling -- at all.

Still interested in knowing where my character could be at, level wise, if I was into grinding like most of you punks seem to be.

There are two forms of leveling up:

skill levels: done by grinding
regular levels: purchased via /buylevel

I decided that, at least for a couple days, I'm going to play in the morning and avoid the drama that comes out of other people being bored in the afternoon/night

So here is my day:

I spawn at HQ

I walk outside

I check my stats, see that I have enough materials for a sniper rifle

I make a sniper rifle(4000 materials, market price about $25,000

I go on the roof of HQ to see how the sniper rifle works

Someone kills me instantly with about 10 bullets of god-knows-what

I lose my sniper rifle

I am angry, I log off.

They want to pretend like they're having so many problems with new recruits.

I don't blame them for wanting to keep some sort of control over the process, but these are fellow TW members, most of them with no idea as to what they are doing. Some of them have never even played the game. They need help, and it's just more efficient and that much easier to help these types of players from the inside.

Not to mention the fucking fact that the only god damned reason they decided to play the fucking game was to join the fucking TW gang.

Besides, with the massive amount of people the leaders have accepted in such a short period of time, they need to be expecting problems, and tons of them. The reality is, we've been fucking lucky. The majority of the new recruits are meshing well and recruits with a day or two of experience are helping those with none.

The leaders are too fucking paranoid. We've been taking nothing but shit from the server admins and general populace since day one, and our leaders have been accepting all of it with open arms.

I have no problem with waiting for our time to come, but show some fucking balls. Quit rolling over. Every time I turn my head you fuckers are bowing yours.

Leveling and grinding are both fucking work. The point of any game is to have fun.

When I hop on, I'm not thinking: Great, five more fifteen minute drives and I can shove three cocks up my ass, instead of two!

I hop on to laugh for the next hour or so, and it's not fucking hard to find the funny.

we only have one person who can recruit (Kiko/Juke) and the problem is basically that we already have around 50 members, and as you can see at least 2 or 3 people (usually more) from TW start playing every day and want to get in

Juke can't be on all the time, and just inviting everyone who says they are from TW causes problems, as if they turn out to be an idiot they can't be kicked until Juke is next logged in...in the meantime they can upset everyone in the city and make us #1 target, which I guess is what has been happening in the evenings judging by this thread

it's a shame because i'd say at least half or more of the new TW people are cool guys - my advice would be just let the bloods know who you are on TW, roll with us a bit in game so people can show you how stuff works and we can see if you're a tool or not...

and post your in game name/phone number in this thread for Juke :)
