[GTA:RPG] TW Gang

It's the third time he has said "Ok fine you are on your own now, I'm not protecting you anymore". Meanwhile, the TW people that have broken the rules have been banned, those that have not, continue to play.

GJ on the BE gang people - I see membership is up to 41 last night. Not sure how many of that may be alts or how many are active, but it does put you on top or maybe a close second for gang population.

And what the fuck is so hard to understand about ROLEPLAYING? I'm not saying you're going to be banned for shooting a cop. But if you just drive up, kill him with absolutely no reason, and then proceed to do the same thing to 5 more people, you ARE going to get banned. Quit over-simplifying my examples.

And why am I pissed? Because I introduced you guys to the game, I've spent a lot of time trying to plead your case to the admins on ventrilo and in the game, and half of you just want to use the opportunity to be dicks to me and be ungrateful assholes about it.

I get pissed because the game has amazing potential, but lots of work by lots of people can easily be ruined by one retard, and it annoys me that I introduced new retards to the game so they can ruin it.

DRJonez got to realize that there are USUALLY reasons why people are killed.

For instance a cop spawn killed me the first time I logged in one day.(raid on our club). I reported it and made an /ad for the cops to give me $1000 for the hospital. An hour goes by and nothing. So what do I do? Grab a rifle and camp at HQ and try to kill a cop. Then got arrested. Only until I was released and I bitched a bit more did the cop come and apologize and gave me my money.

Today I was doing matruns with a BE and come random steals our bike and runs us over. I decide to try to kill him because I am a GANG MEMBER. A real gang person would fuck that guy up. I shot out his tires a couple times and he does a driver seat driveby and then a carpark. So /report and call 911. They get his 911 first and arrest me. Do nothing to him.

Just a couple of examples of why I fuck with people.

I think you can understand that we basically turned into the largest gang overnight. Things are still settling in.

Jonez, I can't believe that all the admins in the game would just talk to you. Maybe you're defending us, great, but you're not the leader of the gang. I'm more than willing to talk to them any time they're on, I run the gang, I'm willing to kick people out and I already have.

I've said countless times to the other gang leaders to report to me anyone who is car parking, spawn camping, or any of that other bullshit and I've only gotten a handful of calls (mostly for someone we kicked out already).

My officers and I have only seen a tiny amount of people actually breaking the rules. Most have just taken a slap on the wrist and a better explanation and they never happen again.

I've never heard running people over is against the rules, and I know Odio doesn't just run around doing it to random people.

Yesterday we got drunk at a biker party and I started ramming all the light posts in the city. We stumbled around and made a ruckus in front of the cops. Now, if that cop wasn't having fun, I don't know what the hell he wants out of this game. Odio trying to save us... again, I don't know what you can possibly see wrong with that.

If something is against the rules it's against the rules, but if it's not don't tell us "it's for fags" because we're not here to adhere to your notions of what a good player is... We're following all the rules posted in the tutorial. If there's a larger list I'm missing, please, link it for me right now. If the admins agree with you, again, let them talk to me or any one of the "offending" players.

I think you can understand we all grasp your reputation, for better or worse, as the RP crusader on the server and as such we can't believe that everything you say is wrong is widely accepted as wrong.

We're not doing a great deal of roleplaying because roleplaying requires backstory. Nobody knows what the fuck is going on yet, it takes a while to get into the game and learn what's happening in the city.

Nobody here is a retard trying to ruin the game, we all just want to have fun and we're not trying to do it at anyone's expense. I had fun before the TW gang came around, and I honestly don't think we're the evil menace you paint us to be.

RP doesn't mean the same thing to everyone, and you need to stop acting like you are the "according to Hoyle" expert on RP. You RP a cop, stop policing the players other than their (in game) illegal activities. Admins are there to make interpretations on bans, you are not an admin.

As for you pleading our case to the admins, who asked you to? I get the impression that they would have been better off without you doing this, because you put them on the admin's radar. You told them "These are TW people and some are assholes but I'll help keep them in check!". Otherwise, they would have come in game, created a gang, and some would have been banned for acting like assholes, which is exactly what happened anyway. Overall the BE gang has been acting better than any other group that I've seen join the game, and they are three times the size as any other group that joined at one time. Stop acting like they are all one strike away from being mass banned and you are pulling strings.

I'm glad I never decided to install the copy I "purchased." Don't enjoy playing a game only to hear crybabies whining. It seems as though, from my perspective as purely a reader of this and other threads, that the cops (or is it just Jonez) basically want everyone in the server to bend over, paint a target on their asses, and spread 'em.

we only roleplay when dealing with outsiders. when dealing solely with other TWers we take it relatively easy. since TWers account for about 20% of the gang population at this point, that's not too hard to accomplish.

I have no beef with jones. he's a man who has a vision in mind for this game. it's just that the other 200 people on the server don't share it.

Every TW player and nearly everyone on the SZR forums is trying to tell you:

A) You are taking this game WAY too serious.

B) This is SZR GTA RP Server, not DR Jonez lives his dream Server. You're not the only person playing, the fact that we don't RP the way you wish your life was does not make what we do wrong and your nonstop bitching about it on their forms only makes you look like a pathetic loser.

I'm so committed to my character you can't even tell I'm role playing.

that's true. we worked our asses off and kept our heads low for the first while. now we're strong enough to compete, so we're doing it. we've got more quantity than quality, to be honest. but there's no reason that we won't have both soon. we'll be strong enough to dominate, and we will. then all the other gangs will ally against us, and we'll be KoS to every gang out there.

We (BE) are having fun, if you aren't then fuck off and find another server to mope on. If there is cheating or hacking, take it up with Juke like he said. If we are within the rules then shut the fuck up.
