My girlfriend got an Ipod touch intending to give it to someone as a gift for Christmas. Turns out that that person bought themselves a regular Ipod this weekend :(. So now she is stuck with a factory sealed 8gb Ipod touch. It goes for $300 + tax + shipping on Apple (http://www.apple.com). She'd like to get $275 shipped for it. There isn't much else to say about it. I can provide pictures of course, but all you will see is an apple factory sealed box :P. I've bought quite a bit here in the past and have sold a couple of things and will vouch for the product.

She originally got it from Full Tilt Poker in exchange for frequent player points, ergo not directly from Apple, so she can't exchange it for cash.

i was gonna recommend to try and return it to some place like best buy or something for store credit (unless they're only sold at apple stores ;)).
